Delete your Quarterly account & data

You can permanently delete your Quarterly account and all associated data. This is immediate and cannot be undone.

Delete in the app (recommended)

Or request deletion by email

Email support@zentlify.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete your account and data within 7 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Your account (name, email, timezone).
• All your quarters, weekly goals, habits, habit completions, and weekly reviews.
• Any feedback you submitted, and all sign-in tokens.

Retention after deletion

Your data is removed from our live database immediately, and nothing personal is retained there. Residual copies may remain in encrypted, automated database backups for up to 7 days, after which they are overwritten. We do not use these backups for any purpose other than disaster recovery.
