Quarterly ("the app") helps you plan quarters, track habits, and review your progress. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Account details you provide: your name, email address, and timezone. Content you create: quarters, weekly goals, habits, habit completions, weekly reviews, and any feedback you send.
Your data is used only to provide the app's features to you. It is stored in our PostgreSQL database (hosted on Supabase) and served by our API (hosted on Render). Passwords are stored only as salted hashes — we never see your password. We use an email provider solely to send verification and password-reset codes to your email.
All traffic between the app and our API is encrypted in transit over HTTPS. Our infrastructure providers store data on servers in the United States, so your data may be processed outside your country of residence.
We do not sell your data, show ads, or use third-party advertising or tracking. We do not share your data with third parties except the infrastructure providers above needed to run the service.
The app can be used with no account — in that case your data is stored only on your device. When you sign in, your data syncs to the cloud so you can access it across devices.
Your data is kept while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all its data at any time from Profile → Delete account in the app, or by following our account deletion instructions. Deletion removes your data from our live database immediately. Residual copies may remain in encrypted, automated database backups for up to 7 days, after which they are overwritten.
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time — your content is visible and editable in the app, and account deletion is available in Profile → Delete account. You may also withdraw consent or object to our processing by deleting your account. To make any of these requests, or to ask a question about your data, contact support@zentlify.com and we will respond within 30 days.
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected here with a new date.
